On Sunday, July 31st, Pastor Brian Hough preached from Romans 8. He reminded us that every Christian should be daily at war with sin, seeking not merely to wound, but to kill sin at the root by the power of the cross. Worship was at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
the Maker of heaven and earth,

The basic creed of Reformed churches, as most familiarly known, is called the Apostles’ Creed. It has received this title because of its great antiquity; it dates from very early times in the Church, a half century or so from the last writings of the New Testament.
