Summer 2013 at Redeemer promises to be a memorable one!

This will be one of Redeemer’s most active and transitional summers ever. Virtually every week there will be something different and noteworthy. Let me go week by week with some of the happenings this summer-

–  June 2 Summer Sunday School classes begin and Mission trip cookout at 6pm.
–  June 9 Josiah Patterson baptism, Sunday night missions focus -Wyatt George/Africa.
–  June 10-14 VBS!!
–  June 16 Kylie Gillen baptism, Sunday night missions focus Sandy Neblett/Indonesia.
–  June 15-22 Mission trip to Omaha Nation Reservation in Macy, NE.
–  June 23 Sunday night St. Petersburg Orphan’s Choir
–  June 24-27 Clearwater Junior High Camp
–  June 29 Zach Lutz wedding in Des Moines, IA
–  June 30 Sunday night Manhattan Project report by Brian Hough and Jon Dunning
–  July 6 Jacob Vos Wedding at Redeemer
–  July 8-12 River Ranch High School Camp
–  July 14 Rachel Brady baptism
–  July 13-20 Mission trip to Juarez, Mexico
–  July 21 Pastor Brian’s last sermon on Sunday morning
–  July 28 Sunday night farewell for Pastor Brian and family
–  August 11 Sunday night welcome for new youth director Jake Tassy and family

Baptisms, weddings, special Sunday School classes, mission trips, VBS, missionary guests, summer camps, saying goodbye and thanks to the Hough family and welcome to the Tassy family and more this summer. Mixed in to these events are Monday night soccer in the gym, regular youth bible studies, women’s bible studies, and men’s activities. There are so many wonderful opportunities for spiritual growth this summer, make plans to be part of as much as possible!
