Mirage = something illusory and unattainable

Christians must guard against striving after a mirage when they have access to the eternal!

How? We must recognize:

I. There is a cosmic clash between two "systems":

II. Loving the World will, at very least, compromise your devotion to God and rob you of true joy and assurance.

III. Bolstering your understanding of God's sovereign grace will assist you in the struggle against the temptation to love the world instead of the Father.
