The Word of God and the Spirit of God are our strength and protection against a world fundamentally opposed to Christ.

I. Be prepared for opposition (antichrists)
A. Some will break fellowship
B. Some will publicly deny Christ
C. Some will try to deceive Christians

II. Be strengthened and protected by God's Word and Spirit
A. Maintain fellowship with God's People
B. Feed upon a steady diet of God's Word (Truth)
C. Rely upon the Spirit of God to use these thing to keep you stable in a turbulent world
