Pastor: Dr. Tony Felich, B.A., M.Div., D.Arts
I have been ministering at Redeemer since 1997. I became the senior pastor in 2001. I grew up in Western New York where I came to Christ as a young teen. I did my ministry training at Moody Bible Institute (B.A.), Covenant Seminary (M.Div) and Whitefield Seminary (Doctor of Arts in Religion). The wife of my youth is Shari, we have been married 19 years. She has delighted me with 4 children- A.J. (13), Nico (11), Jordan (9) and Willow (3). We are also foster care providers which keeps our house hopping.
I am passionate about preaching Christ. The bible is about Christ. I want every person to know and love what God says about His Son, our Savior.
I love music, playing and coaching soccer, tomato growing, and bow-hunting whitetails. I don’t love triathlons, but I do them to keep in some kind of shape. I wrecked my knee in October of 2010, so I am constantly on the comeback trail (cue up “Eye of the Tiger”). My favorite food besides various Sicilian delicacies is a big, juicy, burger.

Associate Pastor: Rev. Nathan Currey, B.A., M.Div.
I came to Redeemer July of 2002 to serve as Assistant Pastor and was made Associate Pastor 2003. I grew up in a Christian home and professed Christ at a young age. I grew up in Western New York and attended Moody Bible Institute where I got a B.A. in Bible and theology, and also found my wonderful wife Janey. I later received an M.Div from Covenant Seminary . After Seminary in 1997, I returned to my home church to serve as the Assistant Pastor for the next 5 years prior to coming to Kansas. Janey and I have four children- Emily, Joshua, Rebekah, and Meghan; that as of 2013 range from 10-16 years old.
I received training in Biblical Counseling and have been a NANC Certified counselor since 2006. In 2009 I had the privilege of starting our Redeeming Grace Biblical Counseling Center. I love to see people transformed by the power of the gospel and I am passionate to see Biblical principles lived out in the lives of God’s people for His glory.
Outside of my church activities, my life revolves around spending time with family, friends from church and bow-hunting.

Youth Pastor: Rev. Brian Hough, B.A., M.Div.
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a degree in Philosophy (B.A.). In 2006, I graduated from Westminster Theological Seminary (M.Div). My wife, Laura (also an Aggie graduate) and I wed in 2002 and God has blessed us with three children (Beckham, Sadie Piper and Berkley). My favorite authors include John Piper, J.C. Ryle, Francis Schaeffer and Jonathan Edwards. I enjoy riding my bicycle, playing soccer and reading when I get the opportunity.
More than anything else I believe that apart from Jesus Christ nothing matters. It is my prayer that the students of Redeemer and Heritage Christian Academy come to live out the gospel of grace in every area of their lives. If interested you can see our family blog at Hough Family Blog.

Church Administrator: Mr. Jon Meyers
For the past several years, my wife Shelly and I have called Redeemer home. We moved to the Kansas City area, as I took a job in Lenexa. We could quickly identify with Redeemer and its mission to make disciples of Christ when we found that Westminster Christian Academy (now Heritage) was a ministry of Redeemer. As products of Christian Education ourselves, it was easy for us to support and love this church. Through the years we found ourselves involved in several different ministries at Redeemer, meanwhile growing in our own walk with the Lord. Through a variety of job changes, I found myself in a job at American Century as a Investment Data Analyst. In an unexpected meeting with Pastor Tony, he showed me a job description for Redeemer’s first Church Administrator. I couldn’t say no and in 2008 I decided to take my talents to the South Building, and have since been serving Redeemer in this role. We are parents to two beautiful little girls, Savannah and Zoe.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. I am proud to have serve our country in the Army National Guard in Iowa and South Dakota. I love to watch baseball, basketball, football, World Cup soccer, and Formula 1 racing.
